I bought this set with the fin for my daughter for Christmas, she is absolutely delighted with it. My daughter is 9, but very slim.. so the age 8-9 was way too big. I phoned Head Office a few weeks ago and an exchanged was arranged, all happened very smoothly. I bought this item in late November as a Christmas present, fortunately my daughter didn’t see the package when it was delivered.. but be warned if you are buying as a surprise...it has Plant Mermaid printed on it. When I phoned re the exchange, I mentioned this and the items were placed in a plain pink bag. So far the products look great & great service too. Items will be tested in Jan, but so far so good.

So I ordered the fin and tail set for my 7 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it, it’s fantastic and definitely the best on the market!! I have seen plastic ones but these are so safe and easy for her to get out off just an all round fabulous product. Daughter loves this product we have been using this while travelling Australia , however after 2 days use in a pool the seam of the tail it's starting to split and before long with have holes so this is very disappointing in a product so new and barely used The whole concept of the mermaid item howeve is magical and fun works well, we have received lots of attention and advertised planet mermaid to many friends we met or via Facebook
